Since October of 2012, I have been volunteering with a local nonprofit farm-to-table organization which helps low income community members gain access to nutritious, locally and organically grown snacks and meals.
I participate in the farm-to-table events and the weekly "snack attack" program which brings healthy snacks and discussion to low income kids with the partnership of the Boys and Girls club.
I have also volunteered my graphic design skills to try to help make healthy snacks appealing to kids. Here are the table displays that I have illustrated and designed for the Snack Attack program:
